I am a first-year student at Imperial College London studying for a MEng in Computing. My interests lie in cyber security, machine learning and software development. I aim to pursue a career in computer science, both during my time at Imperial and after.
I grew up in Manchester, and studied at Altrincham Grammar School for Boys. My hobbies include weight-lifting, playing rugby and binging TV series whilst programming.

During Summer 2016, Summer 2017 and part-time in 2018, I have worked with Corner, a boxing technology start-up. This has involved working on a number of projects:
Using existing Android code base in Java to continue development of the Corner app. Building from designs and managing HTTP requests.

Using my iPhone as a make-shift Corner device, I recorded accelerometer data whilst doing exercises including press-ups, sit-ups and skipping. Using the collected data, I used Python to construct algorithms for rep detection.

Worked from designs to construct visual and interactive elements of the Corner iOS app, using existing code base. Managed HTTP requests from the app to the Corner API.
